New boarding clients over 12 years of age are typically not accepted.

For the safety and comfort of our staff and guests, all dogs must be friendly and comfortable with people. As a small kennel, we work closely with each dog and provide hands-on care throughout their stay. Our team interacts with each pet daily for feeding, cleaning, exercise, and let-outs. Dogs that are not comfortable being handled or approached will be turned away for boarding at Greencove Acres.

Owners must disclose any bite history or incidents involving aggression toward people. Greencove Acres does not accept dogs with a known bite history toward humans. Any dog that displays aggressive behavior toward staff or guests, or whose bite history was not disclosed, will be denied boarding and will require immediate pick up.
